N\u00e9gociations Obligatoires (NAO)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Les N\u00e9gociations Annuelles Obligatoires (NAO) sont r\u00e9gies par l&rsquo;article L2242-1 :<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0<em>Dans les entreprises o\u00f9 sont constitu\u00e9es une ou plusieurs sections syndicales d&rsquo;organisations repr\u00e9sentatives, l&#8217;employeur engage :<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>1\u00b0 Chaque ann\u00e9e, une n\u00e9gociation sur la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, le temps de travail et le partage de la valeur ajout\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;entreprise ;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>2\u00b0 Chaque ann\u00e9e, une n\u00e9gociation sur l&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle entre les femmes et les hommes et la qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail ;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>3\u00b0 Tous les trois ans, dans les entreprises d&rsquo;au moins trois cents salari\u00e9s mentionn\u00e9es au premier alin\u00e9a de l&rsquo;article L. 2242-13, une n\u00e9gociation sur la gestion des emplois et des parcours professionnels.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>A d\u00e9faut d&rsquo;une initiative de l&#8217;employeur depuis plus de douze mois, pour chacune des deux n\u00e9gociations annuelles, et depuis plus de trente-six mois, pour la n\u00e9gociation triennale, suivant la pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente n\u00e9gociation ou, en cas d&rsquo;accord mentionn\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;article L. 2242-20, suivant le terme<\/em> de cet accord, cette n\u00e9gociation s&rsquo;engage obligatoirement \u00e0 la demande d&rsquo;une organisation syndicale repr\u00e9sentative.<\/p>\n<p><em>La demande de n\u00e9gociation formul\u00e9e par l&rsquo;organisation syndicale est transmise dans les huit jours par l&#8217;employeur aux autres organisations repr\u00e9sentatives.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Dans les quinze jours qui suivent la demande formul\u00e9e par une organisation syndicale, l&#8217;employeur convoque les parties \u00e0 la n\u00e9gociation.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a
