La contrepartie propos\u00e9e est une enveloppe bien inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 ce qu\u2019aurait rapport\u00e9 l\u2019accord d\u2019int\u00e9ressement avec seuil de d\u00e9clenchement atteint. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Salaire\u00a0: <\/strong>\u00a0augmentation de la grille EOT de 1,5% (hors concepteur cuisine), et seulement 1% pour les hors grille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prime vacances\u00a0:<\/strong> Cette prime existe \u00e0 la FNAC, elle vient d\u2019\u00eatre mise en place \u00e0 DIF et DGE, et \u00e0 DGO\u00a0? r\u00e9ponse de la direction\u00a0: non.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pourtant DGO reste l\u2019une des\nfiliales les plus rentables du groupe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quelle est la moralit\u00e9&nbsp;?\nOn donne \u00e0 tous, mais pas \u00e0 ceux qui ont les meilleurs r\u00e9sultats&nbsp;? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et on rajoute quelques\nmesurettes, trop anecdotiques pour les \u00e9voquer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces propositions ne sont, ni\nsatisfaisantes, ni le reflet de nos r\u00e9sultats 2018, et de la bonne tendance du\nd\u00e9but d\u2019ann\u00e9e 2019, vous pourrez le constater par le montant de la\nparticipation que vous allez recevoir prochainement \u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et, comble du comble&nbsp;!! \u00e0\nla fin des n\u00e9gociations, on nous annonce une probable n\u00e9gociation sur l\u2019harmonisation\nde la participation pour les prochaines ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour rappel, la rentabilit\u00e9 de\nDGO est plus de deux fois sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 la rentabilit\u00e9 moyenne du groupe.\nAutrement dit, \u00e0 partir de l\u2019an prochain, si harmonisation il y a, le montant\nde la participation pourrait chuter et atteindre des chiffres de l\u2019ordre de 50%\nde baisse, totalement inacceptable \u00e0 nos yeux&nbsp;!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La CGT DGO demande\nl\u00e9gitimement la reprise des n\u00e9gociations&nbsp;de salaire.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>+ de 53 millions d\u2019euros C\u2019est le r\u00e9sultat de l\u2019exercice 2018 de DARTY GRAND OUEST.
