Pendant toute cette n\u00e9gociation, fid\u00e8le \u00e0 nos valeurs, nous avons port\u00e9 et d\u00e9fendu vos int\u00e9r\u00eats pour am\u00e9liorer cet accord.<\/p>\n<p>Les points plut\u00f4t positifs de cet accord\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La suppression du crit\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9volution du CA pour pr\u00e9tendre \u00e0 un potentiel versement de l\u2019int\u00e9ressement\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>Deux enveloppes d\u00e9corr\u00e9l\u00e9es l\u2019une de l\u2019autre : taux de rentabilit\u00e9 de l\u2019entreprise et taux de NPS (possibilit\u00e9 de toucher sur l\u2019une ou sur l\u2019autre ou les deux suivant leurs objectifs respectifs) ;<\/li>\n<li>Une r\u00e9partition plus \u00ab\u00a0sociale\u00a0\u00bb en mettant un bout de r\u00e9partition uniforme sur l\u2019enveloppe d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 la rentabilit\u00e9 de l\u2019entreprise\u00a0: 35% de fa\u00e7on uniforme et 65% proportionnel aux salaires. La r\u00e9partition de l\u2019enveloppe d\u00e9di\u00e9e au r\u00e9sultat du NPS reste proportionnelle aux salaires.<\/li>\n<li>Une enveloppe globale qui reste \u00e9quivalente \u00e0 celle du pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent accord et qui peut atteindre un montant maximum de 1\u00a0200\u00a0000 euros\u00a0: 900\u00a0000 sur la prime de rentabilit\u00e9 et 300\u00a0000 euros sur la prime NPS.<\/li>\n<li>Des taux de rentabilit\u00e9 et de NPS perfectibles mais qui demeurent dans le domaine du raisonnable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Voil\u00e0 globalement quels sont les points importants \u00e0 connaitre sur le contenu de cet accord.
