Nous\u00a0 y avons pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 et d\u00e9fendu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cgtdartyouest.com\/live\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023.03.20.-Revendications-CGT-NAO2023.pdf\">notre plateforme de revendications.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Nous avons relev\u00e9 les probl\u00e8mes structurels de notre filiale DGO :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Turn-over record<\/li>\n<li>grille de salaires peu attractive : <strong>91% des salaires de base en dessous des minima conventionnels et 46% en dessous du SMIC\u00a0<\/strong>(malgr\u00e9 les derni\u00e8res NAO et les augmentations d&rsquo;octobre)<\/li>\n<li>\u00e9volutions en \u00e9chelons bloqu\u00e9es avec des crit\u00e8res d&rsquo;\u00e9volutions obscurs et non conformes \u00e0 ceux de la convention collective.<\/li>\n<li>Qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail et articulation vie pro\/vie personnelle peu attractive ( \u00ab\u00a0Test\u00a0\u00bb sur la semaine de travail sur 4 jours en magasin pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e comme un \u00e9chec par la Direction)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nos revendications ont \u00e9t\u00e9 construites pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces probl\u00e8mes structurels\u00a0 mais aussi \u00e0 l&rsquo;inflation tr\u00e8s forte que nous subissons tous.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;entreprise \u00e0 certes d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&rsquo;octroyer une prime de partage de la valeur de 400 euros <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cgtdartyouest.com\/live\/wp-content\/uploads\/Information-consultation-PPV74309.pdf\">sous conditions<\/a> .\u00a0 C&rsquo;est un premier pas. Cela ne doit pas \u00eatre la seule mesure pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 une inflation qui atteint d\u00e9j\u00e0 6,3% en f\u00e9vrier et pourrait grandir encore.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Le m\u00e9lange, entre les probl\u00e8mes structurels (d\u00e9crits plus haut), l&rsquo;inflation tr\u00e8s importante et la tension autour de la r\u00e9forme des retraites, cr\u00e9e un climat plut\u00f4t tendu voire \u00ab\u00a0explosif\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Nous allons voir lors de la prochaine r\u00e9union qui aura lieu le 28 mars, si la Direction a pris la mesure de tout cela et si elle apporte de v\u00e9ritable avanc\u00e9es pour l&rsquo;ensemble des salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, nous appelons tous les salari\u00e9s \u00e0 participer \u00e0 toutes les manifestations contre la r\u00e9forme des retraites jusqu&rsquo;au retrait total.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cgtdartyouest.com\/live\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023.03.20.-Revendications-CGT-NAO2023.pdf\">Nos revendications NAO 2023 version PDF<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La premi\u00e8re r\u00e9union des NAO 2023 s&rsquo;est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e le 15 mars.
