﻿{"id":4130,"date":"2023-04-05T16:50:41","date_gmt":"2023-04-05T14:50:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cgtdartyouest.com\/live\/?p=4130"},"modified":"2023-05-15T16:19:57","modified_gmt":"2023-05-15T14:19:57","slug":"nao-2023-dgo-resultats","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cgtdartyouest.com\/live\/nao-2023-dgo-resultats\/","title":{"rendered":"NAO 2023 DGO : Point \u00e0 date"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Les n\u00e9gociations annuelles obligatoires se sont termin\u00e9es officiellement le 28 mars 2023.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Les axes principaux de \u00ab\u00a0travail\u00a0\u00bb de nos revendications visaient \u00e0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>R\u00e9gulariser les salaires de base au regard des minima obligatoires et ensuite tenir compte de l\u2019inflation en appliquant une augmentation de 6%.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Permettre l\u2019\u00e9volution de carri\u00e8re en faisant sauter le blocage des mont\u00e9es en \u00e9chelons par un passage automatique \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelon sup\u00e9rieur apr\u00e8s 5 ans de positionnement maximal sur un m\u00eame \u00e9chelon<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Valoriser l\u2019anciennet\u00e9 au-del\u00e0 de 15 ans d\u2019anciennet\u00e9 (limite conventionnelle)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Augmentation de la valeur des ch\u00e8que-d\u00e9jeuners <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Travailler sur la qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail par l\u2019octroi de 7 samedis minimum.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le r\u00e9sultat \u00e0 date de ces n\u00e9gociations, m\u00eame si on rel\u00e8ve un suivi partiel de nos axes principaux avec certaines avanc\u00e9es, reste insuffisant au regard non seulement de l\u2019inflation mais aussi par rapport au retard de certains niveaux sur le SMIC ou sur les minima conventionnels et m\u00eame sur les dispositions sur la qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail.<\/p>\n<p>Si la volont\u00e9 de l\u2019entreprise est de rendre attractives ses grilles de salaires, d\u2019endiguer le turn-over record de notre filiale, de fid\u00e9liser et valoriser l\u2019anciennet\u00e9 des salari\u00e9s et d\u2019am\u00e9liorer r\u00e9ellement la qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail, elle doit alors revoir l\u2019enveloppe allou\u00e9e \u00e0 ces n\u00e9gociations et continuer la n\u00e9gociation.
